What Does GT Auto Sales LLC. Do With Your Personal Information?

We Don’t Share, for our marketing purposes, We Don’t Share, for joint marketing with other financial companies. We Share, for our affiliates’ everyday business purpose, information about your transactions and experiences. We Share, for our afflilates’ everyday business purposes, information about your creditworthiness. We Share, for our affiliates to market to you. We Don’t Share, for nonaffiliates to market to you.

If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. The measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Give us your income information or provide employment information, give us your employment history or apply for financing, use your credit card or debit card.

Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes- information about your creditworthiness, affiliates from using your information to market to you, sharing for non affiliates to market to you.

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.

Definitions

Joint Marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliates financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. GT Auto Sales doesn’t jointly market.

Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. GT Auto Sales does not share with non affiliates to they can market to you.

Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial. Our affiliates include financial companies such as Wasatch Motor Credit INC.
